1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Video Verification (Mandatory)

You must record a clear video while unboxing your package. The video should show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The complete unboxing process
  • The condition of the item upon receipt

⚠️ Returns without valid video proof will not be accepted.

• Time Frame

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

• Item Condition

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (including engraved items)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless defective or damaged
  • Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after receiving and verifying the returned item
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch
  • Contact us with your order ID
  • Refund processed within 3–4 working days

After Shipment

  • Cancellations are not allowed
  • You may follow the return process if eligible
